We'll tell you if we're not the right fit. The Managed Enclave is designed for 5–50 person firms without internal IT staff. If your situation is better served by a different approach, we'll say so and point you in the right direction — even if that means referring you elsewhere.

What if the Managed Enclave isn't right for us?
We'll tell you directly — and point you toward the approach that does fit. We'd rather send you to the right solution than put you in the wrong one. If a DIY or multi-vendor approach is a better fit, we'll explain why and help you think through your options.
What should I bring to the session?
Just know roughly how many users would need access to the CUI environment and what type of DoD contracts you hold. You don't need technical documentation ready — we'll work through what we need during the call.
How quickly can it be deployed?
Typically two weeks from contract signature to a live, configured environment. Your team logs in from any web browser on day one. All Microsoft licensing and GCC High tenant setup is included — no separate vendor coordination required.
Does the Managed Enclave guarantee CMMC certification?
No — we want to be clear about this. The enclave creates a certified-ready environment that covers the technical controls. You still need a third-party C3PAO assessment for formal CMMC Level 2 certification. We provide the compliant environment and compliance program — the assessor verifies it.
What happens after the session?
If there's a fit, you'll receive a written summary within one business day — what the environment looks like, your monthly cost based on user count, and next steps. No pressure. If there's no fit, we'll send a brief note with what we'd recommend instead.
What does it cost?
The Managed Enclave is $500 per user per month, all-inclusive — Azure GCC High environment, VDI, all Microsoft licensing, and managed compliance add-on. Setup is a separate one-time fee discussed during the session. The feasibility session itself is free.
